1. Ease up on the hot water
Hot showers can undoubtedly be relaxing, but they can also wreak havoc on the natural moisture in your skin, leaving you red faced and itchy. So how can you still feel relaxed without the hot shower? Just turn the heat down slightly so it’s warm instead of hot. We recommend keeping the temperature below 38 degrees maximum.
